Us Lazarus is not an established agency. We're a small, committed team at the beginning of something , building our own game while offering the skills and discipline that come from real engineering and production experience.
How We Started
A decision,
not a business plan.
Javier left a Senior role at Accenture in Madrid and relocated to Zagreb to build Genesis , a Metroidvania Soulslike , from scratch. No investors, no safety net. The motivation was straightforward: stop managing other people's systems and start building something that matters.
The artists who joined weren't sourced from a marketplace. They were people whose work we already knew and respected before the company had a name. That's still how we operate.
We offer co-development services because we have real skills, a real team, and a real project proving we know how to execute. Not because we needed a business model , because it's the honest next step.
