Every contract defines exactly what is being delivered — resolution, format, polygon count, feature set. If it wasn't scoped, it isn't included. Changes are quoted separately.
Revision Limits Enforced
Each milestone includes a defined number of revision rounds. Unlimited revisions aren't generosity — they're a sign of a studio with no creative direction. We help you develop both.
Mutual NDA on All Engagements
Your IP is confidential from the first conversation. We sign before scope documents are shared. We never disclose client relationships without explicit written permission.
Milestone-Based Payments
Remaining balance is structured around delivery milestones — not hourly invoices. You pay when work is approved, and the schedule is locked in your signed proposal.
Right to Decline
We reserve the right to decline any engagement where scope is undefined, budget is misaligned, or timeline is unrealistic. We'd rather say no than set up both parties to fail.
